Terms of Service

ORDERS:

Some products are made to order while others are ready to ship. Each product description will note wether it is ready to ship or made to order. This will greatly affect lead times. If ready to ship, orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days. If made to order, please refer to the lead time listed in the product description. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take up to an extra 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.


SHIPPING:

Customers in USA

We ship via USPS. Every package is tracked, and we try to get the best shipping value as possible for you. Any order over $100 will get free shipping. Just select it from the shipping options when you checkout.

International Customers

We ship via DHL. Rates are automatically calculated base on your location. There is no free shipping due to extremely high shipping rates for certain locations.
PAYMENT:

We accept most mainstream payment options. If there is a payment option you don't see that you would like us to add, feel free to email us from the Reach Out page. Otherwise, just select your payment option when you checkout.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. However, if anything should go wrong or if the product fails in some way, we offer free repairs not including shipping. If your product arrived damaged, we can offer an exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. There is no time limit to this support.

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
